Pay stations

How does it work

Three simple steps

1

Memorise your space letter and number as indicated on the plaque mounted on a pole near your parking space.

2

Pay at the nearest pay station following the instructions on the screen.

3

Take your ticket and go.

There is no need to place the ticket inside your vehicle. Payment is electronically monitored. The ticket indicates the time of expiry.

Prepayment
Between 7 am and 9 am, Monday to Saturday, and between 11 am and 1 pm, on Sunday, the parking is not charged. You may pay in advance. Your parking time will be tallied from the start of the charged period.

Defectiveness

To alert the system about a defective pay station or parking meter, contact customer service at 514-868-3737 or by e-mail at [email protected].

Note: each transaction is handled separately from previous ones.

If a pay station is out of order, you can make your payment at another nearby pay station. If a parking meter is defective, it is strongly suggested you find another parking space because, otherwise, you could receive a parking ticket from a parking agent of the Service de police de Montréal (SPVM) who use this as a means of countering vandalism.
