The General Management of Société en commandite Stationnement de Montréal (hereinafter referred to as "Stationnement de Montréal") wishes to outline the conditions for use of its social media in order to specify how the company communicates with its users and manages its social media accounts.

  • encourage or suggest illegal activity or civil disobedience;
  • are incomprehensible or irrelevant;
  • are not related to the topics addressed;
  • are advertising or promotional; and
  • any other comment or remark that Stationnement de Montréal deems inappropriate.

Individuals or groups that do not comply with these conditions may be temporarily or permanently barred from Stationnement de Montréal's social media.

Further, users who contact Stationnement de Montréal via social media assume full responsibility for their comments and the information posted about them. They use the platforms at their own risk and Stationnement de Montréal accepts no responsibility in that regard.

4. Hyperlinks
